REVENUE TENDERS FOR RENTAL OF STATE PROPERTIES WILL BE LAUNCHED VIA ONE-STOP PORTAL SPIO AND NO LONGER BE PUBLISHED ON GEBIZ

For property tenders to be launched after 1st November 2008, they will be published on SLA’s Singapore Property Information Online (SPIO) website only and no longer on the GeBIZ website. Please refer to our SPIO website (http://www.landapplications.gov.sg/SPIOWeb/SPIO/Public/SPIOHome.aspx) for revenue tender launches.

With the one-stop SPIO portal, you are now able to view upcoming properties for tender; download the full set of Tender Document (including attachments and plans) during tender; and subsequently, view the tender schedules and award notices all in a single website. Addendum to the Tender Document, if any, will also be published on SPIO. With these changes, we hope that finding tender information will be more convenient for you.

Printed Tender Documents will still be made available at our Customer Service Centre during the tender period.
