Weston Robot is a Singapore-based startup that was started 5 years ago. We develop the core technology for robotics and our solutions fall into three major categories – facility management, utility and transportation.

Chye Thiam Maintenance (CTM) is a homegrown company in the environmental and facilities management industry. We started from humble beginnings in 1979 when our founder, Mr. Tan Chye Thiam, was asked to pivot from pig farming to either construction or maintenance. He chose maintenance, and the rest is history!

The MRT is where the action is—tons of people use it daily, and I wanted to make a real impact. Plus, I knew this was a project I could handle and maintain by myself in the long run. Also, I wanted to identify unmet commuter needs that existing apps on the market were not addressing. The idea just clicked!

WeRide established an office in Singapore in 2022. Since then, we’ve been pretty busy! Last year, WeRide obtained the necessary approvals from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) to conduct tests of our autonomous vehicles (AVs) in trial areas like One North and the National University of Singapore.

As a lifelong cyclist since the 1980s, cycling was my go-to mode of transport—from college and university to army and even the office until the late 1990s. The COVID-19 cycling boom in 2020, however, brought challenges like road rage between cyclists and drivers, accidents on park connectors, and cyclists unwittingly venturing onto expressways.

GetGo is Singapore’s largest car-sharing platform, with over 400,000 users and 3,000 vehicles across 1,700 locations. Our goal is to make mobility effortless and sustainable.

SLA has been supporting the national journey towards sustainability through adaptive reuse of State properties. As the national geospatial agency, it has also pooled its expertise in locational technology and data with the scientific and business community for environment research and business optimisation.
