SLA To Launch For Public Tender Reserve Site At Jalan Bukit Ho Swee About 2 Weeks From Today
The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) has received a successful application to put up for public tender the reserve site at Jalan Bukit Ho Swee, located adjacent to the Tiong Bahru Plaza and MRT station.
The applicant has given his written undertaking to take part in the public tender and to submit a bid of not less than $48,000,000.00. The identity of the applicant cannot be disclosed in accordance with the procedures laid down in the reserve list system.
Accordingly, SLA will proceed to launch the public tender for the site in
about 2 weeks' time. The actual date will be announced later. Tender
participants will be given 4 weeks to submit their bids.
The land parcel at
Jalan Bukit Ho Swee has a site area of 5,348 sq. m and can be developed into a
residential development with a maximum gross floor area of 22,461.6 sq. m. It is
conveniently situated at the heart of Tiong Bahru and is within walking distance
of the Tiong Bahru market. Please see Annex
