Results of Auction Sale of Three Petrol Station Sites at Beach Road, Whitley Road and Lorong Chuan

• The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) successfully concluded the public auction of three petrol station sites today. The three sites are existing petrol station sites and are located at 4870 Beach Road, 236 Whitley Road and 277 Lorong Chuan. They are on leases of between 10 and 30 years.
  
  
• All three sites were sold at the public auction today. Knight Frank was the appointed auctioneer of the sites. The details of the auction results are shown in Annex A.
