Government plans to sell The Atrium@Orchard

1 Singapore
Land Authority (SLA) has appointed CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as consultant to
advise on the planned sale of The Atrium@Orchard. This is the first time the
Government is selling a Grade A prime commercial building.
2 The
Atrium@Orchard is located within Singapore’s prime shopping and entertainment
district, next to Plaza Singapura and above Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. The
building which comprises 2 towers of 7 and 10 storeys respectively sits on a
land area of about 9,575 square metres with a gross floor area of about 51,580
square metres. It is fully tenanted, with a good mix of tenants ranging from
international financial institutions to well-known F&B outlets.
