2 The site is released to help meet the heavy vehicle parking needs in the area. Heavy vehicles that are allowed to be parked at the site include trailers, buses, and any other vehicles which have a maximum laden weight (MLW) exceeding 5.0 metric tons.

4 SLA has appointed Colliers International (Singapore) Pte Ltd as the auctioneer. The land parcel will be tenanted via a public auction to be held on 27 May 2009 (Wednesday), 2.30 pm at The Amara Hotel, 165 Tanjong Pagar Road, Level 3 Connection 2 Room. Interested parties can pre-register with SLA before 26 May 2009 or register at the counter outside Connection 2 Room, before the auction commences.
