Result of SLA’s auction of heavy vehicle park at Defu Lane

1          The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) successfully concluded the public auction under tenancy of a Land Parcel for heavy vehicle park use at 42 Defu Lane 7 today. The successful bidder is the incumbent, Hiap Shing Construction Pte Ltd. Results are annexed.

2          The Land Parcel was launched for tenancy on 1 Sep 2009 for 3+2 years.
